The world’s way is the bread that does not satisfy. It cannot meet our greatest need and cannot fill our deepest hunger. Despite what the world keeps telling us, the only bread that will satisfy is the bread of God’s way.

It’s time for us to stand up and follow God’s way. And in doing so, inspire others to do the same.

New Life

God does not call us to be successful.
God calls us instead to be faithful.

And then leave the results of our faithful actions in God's merciful strong loving hands. That's where the success comes -- from God. Not from us.

And if we'll persevere in this task, then God will come to us and as he did with Ezekiel, just as he did to Lazarus, offer us the gift of new life.

Tragedy, Comedy, and Fairy Tale

God invites us to join Him breaking down the walls of hostility and raising up bridges of hope.

The way to do that is to demonstrate the same kind of loving acceptance and mercy that Jesus himself showed.

Such a calling is not easy.
It's a lifelong and uphill struggle.
But it's more than worth it.

Because the world's hatred leads to death. God's love to leads to life.

Being born anew in Jesus' terms is not something we do. It's not a box we can check.

It's something that God does on our behalf.
It's something that God does within us.
It's a process by which God,
over the course of a lifetime,
molds us lovingly into something beautiful.

Because after these 40 days of preparation are over and Easter has arrived, we have the opportunity to experience the lasting joy that nothing in this world can give or take away.
