Meet the staff
Director - Caroline Baldwin
Caroline is a native of Virginia and relocated from Northern VA to Orange three years ago. She has a BA in Music from George Mason University. Before moving to Orange, Caroline worked with children throughout Northern VA in both church and preschool settings. She is licensed and certified in Musikgarten, an early childhood music curriculum. Since moving to Orange, Caroline has taught Musikgarten classes at The Music Room on Main.
Caroline, her husband Matthew, and their son Samuel are active attendees of Orange Baptist Church. You can often find Caroline working in her garden, baking something yummy in the kitchen, or playing music with various groups in the community.
Teachers
Ellen Kendall joins our program as a teacher on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. She is the mother of four graduates of OPWS.
Preschool Board Members
The board is comprised of church members and the director. Sharon Mohrmann serves as president, with Carole Sue Graves serving as OPC's representative.
