Committees, Teams, and groups at OPC
There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work.

Mission and CONGREGATIONAL cARE CommitteeThe Mission and Congregational Care Committee is one of the busiest in the church. They're responsible for many of the outward-facing projects of the church and for nurturing the church family. It supports fellowship during worship and ensures that all members feel connected. The committee also promotes fellowship activities outside of worship and supports the pastoral care of the church members.
Whether it's caring for the congregation, raising funds for medical missions, supplying food for those in need, organizing members for volunteer work, or joining with other churches and organizations for big projects, Mission and Congregational Care is there! |

Personnel CommitteeThis committee is responsible for enabling a covenant relationship approach where we are all responsible for our ministries. In this context, the Personnel Committee is responsible for facilitating planning; team based goals and evaluating the church’s life and work. As part of this holistic approach to our ministries, it is also responsible for the staff of the church.

Communications TeamThe OPC Communications Team has two main roles. The first is to keep the congregation informed of all worship services, ministries, fellowship opportunities, and community projects that affect the life of the church.
The second is to make the local community and the wider world aware of those as well -- and help spread of the word of God . |
