Congregational Meeting

On Dec 13 at 11:00 am, we will be having a Congregational meeting. This meeting is to elect the class of 2023 session members, the 2021 nominating committee, and approve the 2021 pastor’s terms of call.
Out of an abundance of caution, and to follow the safety protocols of our Safety Team, this meeting is structured somewhat differently.
Depending on your health and your comfort level, you can choose any of the following options.
A ruling elder will be in the East room and another will be outside to facilitate questions and votes. Both will have wireless microphones so that anyone outside of the sanctuary can address the meeting.
(Note, this meeting will be taking place immediately before the Sunday worship service.)

- You can sit in the sanctuary, socially distanced. (a maximum of 25 people can be safely seated)
- You can sit in relative isolation in the East Room and listen through the East Room's speaker (a maximum of 10 people can be safely seated)
- You can stand just outside the door and listen through the Narthex's speaker.
- You can remain in your car.
