The Mission and Outreach Committee has the responsibility for leading the church and its members in witness and service for Christ in the community beyond our own church membership, locally and throughout the world.
The Worship and Music Committee is responsible for planning, coordinating and evaluating the church's worship services. In consultation with the pastor, the committee assists in regular and special worship services. Members also help with various aspects of worship, such as Communion and baptism.
The Congregational Care and Commitment Committee encourages church members to be faithful stewards of their time, abilities and possessions. They help confirmed members of the church deepen their commitment to Christ and his service. The committee also works extend the warm expression of the church's care to all its members-new and old, strengthening the bonds community and fellowship.
The Property Committee is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the church's property including equipment and doing a monthly inspection of the property.
The Finance Committee guides and assists the church in undertaking all its financial concerns. These duties include not only having the overall responsibility for the collection and recording of congregational offerings, but overseeing and assisting the treasurer, properly recording and acknowledging memorials and gifts among others. A "Treasure's Report" is published monthly in the Newsletter and in the Sunday Bulletin.
The Youth and Christian Education Committee manages Sunday School for Children, Youth and Adults which takes place at 9:45 a.m. on Sunday during the school year. A nursery for infants through 3-year-olds is available during the church school hour and service of worship from 9:45 until noon.
